Bounce House Rental Reservation Policy
Thank you for choosing [Your Business Name] for your inflatable rental needs! Please review our reservation policy to ensure a smooth booking experience.
1. Booking & Payment
• The remaining balance is due same day of the event or at the time of delivery (specify your preference).
• Payments can be made via : credit card, cash, Cash App
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations made [2 Days] before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than [2 days] before the event may forfeit $50.
• Same-day cancellations due to personal reasons are non-refundable, but we may issue a credit for future use at our discretion.
• If cancellation is due to severe weather conditions (rain, wind over 15 mph, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or issue a rain check for future use.
3. Weather Policy
• Rentals cannot be used in rain, high winds (15+ mph), or extreme weather conditions.
• If weather conditions are unsafe before delivery, we may cancel or reschedule at no penalty.
• If the rental has already been set up and must be taken down due to weather, no refunds will be issued.
4. Delivery & Setup
• We will arrive [1.5 hrs] before your event start time for setup.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the setup area is clear, level, and free of obstacles before we arrive.
• A clear path of at least [15x15 feet] is required for delivery and setup.
• The customer must provide a dedicated electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup location. If no outlet is available, a generator rental may be required.
• Once set up, the inflatable must not be moved from its original location.
5. Rental Duration & Pickup
• Standard rental periods are [8 hours] unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Late pickups may result in additional fees of [$20 per hour].
• The inflatable must be fully cleared of debris and ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time.
6. Liability & Safety Agreement
• The renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the inflatable equipment.
• Olaf's Bounce & Party Rentals is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage during the rental period.
• The renter agrees to supervise the inflatable at all times and enforce all safety rules provided.
• Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines may result in additional charges.
7. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our reservation policy and liability terms. You also certify that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement.
